CJ to remain PCO judge without taking fresh oath: Fazl

ISLAMABAD: Jamat-i-Islami Chief Fazl-ur-Rehman Monday said Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry would continue to remain a PCO judge if he does not take fresh oath.
